Sanctioned Russian payment network A7 unveils new USDT service
A7 International said on October 12 that it is adding a payment service that lets customers settle foreign invoices in USDT while recipients receive money through standard SWIFT bank transfers. Its public materials also list a 0.3% fee and payouts in four currencies, while not naming the banks involved in the transfers.
What this rests on
What it means
Each sentence links inside to the piece that supports it.
For customers using A7, the change is visible in the payment flow: they can settle an invoice in USDT while the recipient gets a normal SWIFT transfer. That would matter tomorrow morning to users who already work with A7’s settlement platform and to any counterparties expecting bank transfers rather than a crypto transfer.
In practice, the service adds a crypto-funded way to reach a conventional bank payout, while the public materials still leave the underlying bank side unnamed. The fee disclosure and the four-currency payout detail show the service’s stated terms, but they do not change the fact that the transfer banks are not identified.

How the story was built
Every piece in order, with the time its news medium declares — if it is not believable we use ours and say so — and what it added to what was already known at that point. Arriving first is not the same as adding something.
