Aave V4’s Arc Markets Connect Dollar-Euro Loans to Shared Liquidity
Aave V4 launched on Sept. 16 with four reserve assets on Circle’s Arc network, and its Forex market added dollar-euro borrowing. The deployment also split access between Arc’s Main market and its Forex market, with EURC accepted in Forex but not as collateral in Main.
What this rests on
What it means
Each sentence links inside to the piece that supports it.
Borrowers and liquidity users on Arc are the first to notice the change, because Aave V4 now includes a Forex market tied to dollar-euro borrowing. The deployment also brings four reserve assets into the system, so activity on the network can now move through both Main and Forex market paths.
In practice, EURC can be used in the Forex market while it remains unavailable as collateral in Arc’s Main market. That leaves the broader setup in place, but it changes where EURC can and cannot be posted inside Aave V4 on Arc.

How the story was built
Every piece in order, with the time its news medium declares — if it is not believable we use ours and say so — and what it added to what was already known at that point. Arriving first is not the same as adding something.
