Crypto ETF flows split as Bitcoin gains $82.9m, Ethereum bleeds

What it means
Each sentence links inside to the piece that supports it.
Spot ETF users and holders saw a split in flows by the end of the week ending Oct. 2: Bitcoin products took in money while Ether products saw withdrawals. That means anyone watching ETF demand on Friday morning would have seen the two largest crypto assets in fund form moving in opposite directions on the day and over the week.
In practice, the weekly pattern was not uniform across the whole period. Bitcoin ETFs still recorded inflows, but the week’s final tally in one item is far smaller than the $2.39 billion reported for the preceding week, while Ether ETFs stayed in net outflow territory.
