Wazz traces 53 Robinhood Chain token launches to $18M rug-pull syndicate
Onchain investigators linked a large set of Robinhood Chain token launches to one suspected extraction operation. The estimates ranged from at least $15.5 million across 56 launches to at least $18.43 million across 53 launches, with the activity placed between July and September and the findings published on September 27 and 28. Several of the launches were described as being hit by the same wallets, including launches where anti-sniping exemptions or bundled wallet activity were reported.
What this rests on
What it means
Each sentence links inside to the piece that supports it.
Robinhood Chain users and launch participants were the immediate audience for these findings, because the launches were described as tied to the same wallet sets and fund flows. The sector also sees a broader pattern here: multiple token launches were linked back to one operation, rather than being treated as isolated events.
Market reaction
The move was larger before the first headline than after. That is an observation, not an explanation: the market also moves on things nobody publishes.
How the story was built
Every piece in order, with the time its news medium declares — if it is not believable we use ours and say so — and what it added to what was already known at that point. Arriving first is not the same as adding something.
