A fake GIWA network moved about 766 to 767 ETH through a bridge after DYORSWAP treated it as the real chain, and the incident was tied to 1,335 bridged addresses. DYORSWAP later said it had repaid more than 200 ETH to affected users, while GIWA warned users to avoid unofficial RPCs, bridges and contracts as investigators tracked funds across multiple addresses. One report dated the bridge transfer to Sept. 27 and identified the bridge as impersonating the Upbit-backed GIWA network.
