The Alerts page lists everything that crossed one of four fixed rules in the last seven days: service trouble, funds taken, a move with no cause and a story covered fast by many. Point at the bar to count each, click a rule to filter, and click a row to open its story or coin.

How the rules work
At the foot of the page each rule says what it watches, when it fires and why that threshold: every number comes from measuring the archive, not from a guess.

Your own alerts by email
Press Add an alert and pick what to watch — a price, a coin moving much more than the market, a story on a topic you follow, a hack over an amount, an exchange halting withdrawals of your coin — and its threshold. We check every ten minutes and email you. Nobody else sees your alerts.
