Share a board with a code

Turn a board into a short code anyone can open, and use a code someone sent you.

  1. Share your board

    In Customize, open My boards and press Get a share code (or Share code in a board’s ⋯ menu). You get a short code like BB-4QX2-H7MD and a link. Copy either one and send it.

    1. Press Get a share code
    2. Your code appears
    3. Copy the link

  2. Use a code you were sent

    Open the link, or paste the code into Have a board code? in My boards and press Preview. You see the board with your own data. Keep as new board saves a copy; Replace mine swaps your current one.

    1. Paste the code
    2. Press Preview
    3. Keep as new board

  3. Stop sharing

    A code is a snapshot: change your board later and the code still shows the old layout. Stop sharing turns the code off for everyone.
