Keep several boards

Save up to ten boards, name them and switch between them in one click.

  1. Create a board

    In Customize, open My boards and press + New board. Start blank, from a copy of your current board, from a ready-made board, from a code or from Guided setup. It becomes your active board; rename it from its ⋯ menu.

    1. Open My boards
    2. Press + New board
    3. Copy of current, renamed Macro desk

  2. Switch boards

    Press Use this board on any card. The board behind the window changes without reloading the page.

    1. Press Use this board
    2. The terminal switches

  3. Switch from the terminal

    The board name at the top of the terminal opens the same list, so you can switch without opening the window.

    1. Press the board name
    2. Pick another board

  4. Rename, copy or delete

    The ⋯ menu on each card renames, duplicates, shares or deletes the board. You can keep up to ten boards, and one is always active.
